Skinless, boneless chicken pieces
1 egg
3T milk
1/2 c. crushed saltines or Ritz crackers (we use gluten free crackers or gf bread crumbs)
1/2 t. paprika
1/8 t. black pepper
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1 t. oregano
2 T melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg and milk. Mix crackers, paprika, pepper, parmesan, and oregano. Dip chicken pieces in egg. Coat with crumb mixture. Place in a greased pan. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake in a preheated oven (375 F) for 45-55 minutes.

Another meal idea from Mom Muller:
Bake chicken tenderlions in the oven. Cover with spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese. Serve with spaghetti.
