1 . lbs. of extra lean ground beef
c. bread crumbs
c. water or milk
1 tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
c. vinegar
c. water
1 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. soya sauce
1 can of pineapple tidbits

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef crumbs, water or milk, salt and pepper.
Shape into approximately 24 meatballs.
Brown in a frying pan. Transfer into a casserole dish.
Combine brown sugar and flour in a saucepan. Stir well.
Add vinegar, second amount of water, soya sauce and ketchup.
Stir over medium heat until boiling.
Add can of pineapple and the juice.
Mix thoroughly.
Cover and bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
