2 cans of refried beans
1 Package of McCormick Taco Seasoning
1 8oz container of Sour Cream
1 8 or 10 oz container of guacamole dip
1 can of rotel diced tomatoes
1 small diced fresh tomato (optional)
1 small diced onion (optional)
2 cups of Monterrey jack shredded cheese or mild cheddar cheese (your preference)
1 small can of black olives Sliced or chopped (your preference)
1 casserole dish

1st layer mix refried beans with taco seasoning - layer in casserole dish
2nd layer mix sour cream and guacamole dip layer on top of beans
3rd layer drain rotel and put on top of sour cream and guacamole mixture
4th layer diced tomato on top of rotel
5th layer diced onions on top of tomato
6th layer Cheese on top of onions
7th layer black olives on top of cheese
Serve with Tortilla Chips
