BOTTOM:
1 ¼ c. graham cracker crumbs
½ c. butter, melted
½ c. packed brown or golden brown sugar
⅓ c. flour

MIDDLE:
2 c. medium grind coconut
11 oz. sweetened condensed milk

TOP ICING:
2 c. icing sugar
4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. maraschino cherry juice

BOTTOM:
Combine the ingredients.
Grease the sides of a 9" x 9" pan and press in the ingredients
Bake at 350º for 10 minutes

MIDDLE:
Combine coconut with the condensed milk
Spread over the bottom layer.
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until it turns light brown on the edges.
Cool

TOP ICING:
Beat together all the ingredients adding a bit more cherry juice if needed and making the icing soft enough to spread.
Spread over the middle layer.
Cover tightly and store for a day to allow it to easily be cut.
