2 14oz cans of chicken broth (3 1/2c)-reserve broth when you drain potatoes
5 large potatoes cut into 1"-2" pieces
1/2C sour cream
2Tbl Butter
Dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place both and potatoes in sauce pan (I use my stock pot for double the recipe). Heat to boil. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10min or untl fork tender.
Drain and reserve broth. Mash potatoes with 1/4C broth, sour cream, butter and pepper. Add additional broth or milk if needed until desired creamy consistency.
