Package chicken flavor rice a roni
1 6 Oz. Jar artichokes in oil
1 Can 16 Oz. artichokes
1 Can ripe olives
Small bunch of green onions
3/4 C. Mayonnaise
1 Tsp. Curry powder
Salt and pepper

Make day ahead.

Cook rice as directed. Let cool 30 minutes.

Drain can artichokes & olives.

Cut olives in half. Chop onions.

Drain artichokes in oil and save oil. Use half of oil,

In a large bowl fold all ingredients together.

Put in a shallow dish 2x10x14.

Cover and allow to set.
