Sour Cream Cookies Recipe

c. soft butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs

Blend in:
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla or tsp. vanilla and tsp. lemon

Sift together:
2 c. flour
tsp. baking soda
tsp. baking powder
tsp.. salt

Mix well and chill at least 30 minutes (overnight is best).

Bake on ungreased sheets at 375 for 5-8 minutes.

Ice while warm:

2 c. powdered sugar
c. butter
3 T. warm cream/milk
1 tsp.vanilla or lemon
