1 box spiral pasta (about 4 oz)

1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
2 tsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
Pinch red pepper flakes
2 cans diced tomatoes, undrained
1/4 tsp salt
14 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup Graziano's Italian Seasoning OR dried basil, oregano, thyme
1 can white beans, rinsed and drained

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the pasta according to directions and drain.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and saute the onions, garlic and red pepper flakes.

Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer 10 minutes.

Add the pasta and cheese and stir just until mixed.
