Brown:
1 to 1½ pounds ground chuck
large onion, chopped

In large dutch oven combine:
large can tomato sauce
2 cans (soup size) Brooke's chili hot beans
chili powder to taste
¼ to ½ cup sugar (or to taste)
1 can rotel tomato (original taste)
5 to 6 large bay leaves (optional) but remove before serving!!!
1 to 2 large glasses of water

Directions:
Add meat mixture and simmer for 3 to 4 hours. May be frozen for at least a month or served right away! Also can add peppers (your choice) to meat mixture when you are browning it.

Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos and sour cream.
