Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
First of all, since I've discovered Graziano's Italian Seasoning from Graziano's Italian Deli in Des Moines, Iowa I don't use any other herbs in my Italian cooking. It is simply THE BEST seasoning I have ever known. You can buy it over the phone and they'll ship it to you. It's worth it!

When the kids were young, I used to add the extra vegetables to increase their veggie intake. They had no idea how tricky I was being, and it makes the sauce taste pretty good!

Hint: if the sauce tastes a bit bitter due to the tomato paste, try putting 1 tsp sugar in it. If that doesn't work, add a bit more salt.
