1 cup butter
1 cup water
4 Tbsn cocoa
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
½ tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tbsn baking soda
2 eggs
6 Tbsn milk

Icing
4 Tbsn milk
4 Tbsn cocoa
½ cup butter
4 cups confectioner’s sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, water, & cocoa in sauce pan. Heat until it boils. Remove from heat and add flour, sugar, & salt. Beat until smooth. Beat in sour cream, baking soda, and eggs. Pour into greased and floured 11” x 17” pan. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool about 10 minutes before adding the incing.
For the icing add the first three ingredients and cook until bubbly. Remove from heat and add confectioner’s sugar. The icing spreads more easily if more milk is added.
