1 can Rotel tomatoes
½ c. onion, finely chopped
¾ c. jalapeño peppers, finely chopped
1 medium jar of pimentos, finely chopped
2 c. roasted red peppers, finely chopped
1 small bottle Wishbone Italian dressing
2 cans shoepeg corn, drained
2 cans black-eyed peas, drained
1 can black beans, drained
