4 cloves of garlic (peeled)

1/2 bunch of Italian parsley

6 tbs melted butter

3/4 cup Best Foods mayo (Always use this brand, even if against Sierra's will.)

1/2 tsp ground oregano, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper

1 lb fresh parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400:

In blender mix everything but the cheese.
Once blended very well, taste to see if it needs salt or more garlic. Spread on French or sour dough bread that is sliced in halves. Sprinkle on the cheese and run a butter knife over to get cheese kinda mixed in with sauce. Cook for 5-10 minutes or to your liking. Remove and slice up to serve about 2 min after sitting to settle.
