2 Cups long grain white rice
4 cups of the water used for cooking the chicken
1/4 of a white or yellow onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 piece of Caldo de Pollo (chicken bullion)
1/2 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
In large frying pan fry rice in oil till lightly golden, stirring frequently. Blend onion, garlic, and bullion.
Put broth and blended mix in with the rice.
Stir well and taste broth for needed salt.
Cook on med heat.
DO NOT STIR after initial stir when water is in rice.
Only flip and scrape, adding water as needed.
