4 cups of small marshmallows melted in 1 cup milk. Chill until stiff.
Mix together 1 9 oz. Cool Whip with 1 4 oz. Hershey bar, chipped into small pieces.
Put into cooled graham cracker crust in 9x13 pan. Chill.

Crush 24 graham crackers and mix with 1 stick of melted margarine. Press into 9x13 pan and bake for 10 minutes at 325. Cool.
