1 4-6 lb. Chuck or Rump Roast
1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
1 packet Brown Gravy Mix
1 packet Italian Dressing Mix
1 packet Onion Soup Mix
1 packet Au Jus Mix
¼ c. Unsalted Butter, cut into chunks
1½ c. Water
2 tbsp. Corn Starch

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in the crock pot and pour the water over and around. Place the chunks of butter along side the roast. In a separate bowl whisk together all the packet seasonings and sprinkle all over the roast and alone the side. Cover with lid and cook on high for 8 hours. All crock pots cook differently so make the time frame accordingly until cooked completely through. Remove the roast to drain all the juices and place back into crock pot and let rest.

Gravy:
Drain all the crock pot juices into a medium pan over medium-high heat until a boil. in a small bowl whisk together the cornstarch and 4 tbsp. of cold water. Once the juices are at a boil, slowly pour in the cornstarch mixture while whisking briskly. Let thicken then remove from burner and serve.
