1 lb lean ground beef and ground turkey
1 (1-1.25 oz) package reduced-sodium or regular tact seasoning mix
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 small chopped onion
2 lightly beaten egg whites
1/3 cup ketchup
1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies (such as original Rotel)

Directions:
Heat oven to 425. Mix beef, turkey, taco seasoning, bread crumbs, onion, egg whites and ketchup. Shape into 1 10 by 65 loaf and place in a 9 by 13 pan lined with foil (for easy cleanup). Top evenly with tomatoes and chilies. Bake 45-60 minutes or until internal temperature is 160 degrees. Pour off juices. Cover and let stand 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
