Directions:
Cook Lasagna noodles to package 9 for sure. Brown beef with minced onion. Take the whole tomatoes and place in blender with seasonings and flour. In a greased 9 X 13 pour a thin layer of sauce. Blend rest of sauce with ground beef if you want more sauce you can always add some regular tomato sauce to mixture. Place 3 noodles to cover bottom of pan and layer next with sauce/meat mixture and mozzarella cheese and repeat layers until you end with cheese layer on top. about 3 layer of noodles. Bake at 350º for 1 hour you can cover but spray foil so cheese doesn't stick. Uncover the last 15 minutes.

Take out of oven and let stand for 15 minutes before cutting.

Serve with your favorite bread and a lettuce salad.
