Directions:
Melt butter in fry pan blend in flour to make a rue. It will form in to a slight thick constancy. Then stir in milk to make a thicker gravy style sauce and it stays on the heat it may thicken more. If you get to runny you can always whisk in more flour. Add your seasonings and sliced strips of dried beef. Serve over toast. You can always make a small batch its all depends on the amount of butter you use for the rue.
