¾ cup Milk
¾ cup water
2 eggs
2 cups flour
4 tbls flour (60 ml)
4 tbls melted butter (60 ml)
4 tbls baking powder (60 ml)
2 teas salt

Blend all all ingredients, add some more water if too thick.

Heat griddle to 350º spray with cooking spray ladle of pancakes mix turn when bubbles form on top.
