1 envelope yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup creamed cottage cheese, heated slightly
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon instant minced onion
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons dill seed
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg, unbeaten
2 1/4 cups flour, more if needed

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in water. Combine cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt soda, egg and softened yeast. Add flour to form a stiff dough, beating well after each addition. Cover. Let rise in a warm place until light and doubled in size, 50 to 60 minutes. Turn into a well greased 8 inch round casserole dish. Let rise again. Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes until golden brown. Brush with soft butter and sprinkle with salt.
