10 Eggs-beat until creamy
16 oz. Cottage Cheese - small curd
1 lb Jack Cheese - grated
½ c. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
½ c. Butter - melted
8 oz. Green Chilies - diced

Toppings:
Salsa
Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until creamy. Add cottage cheese and rest of ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 9 pan
Bake 35 minutes @ 350º. Serve with sour cream and salsa

One of Jamie's favorites that Tim Flaherty made. I will say I was a little scared it would be to out of the box for me. I must say it has become a recipe that I have shared with many.
