4 c. Quaker Corn Bran
1½ c. pretzel sticks
1 c. salted peanuts
⅓ c. butter or margarine, melted
¼ c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. onion powder
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325º. In large bowl, combine cereal, pretzels and peanuts. Pour butter over cereal mixture, mixing well. Sprinkle with cheese and onion powder; toss well to coat. Spread into an ungreased 15X10 inch jelly roll pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
Makes about 7 cups.
