1/2 C. Vegetable oil
2 C. Diced onion
1 C. Diced green pepper
2 C. Diced carrots
4 T. Chicken base
1 T. Fresh garlic or garlic powder
1 t. Ground sage
1 t. Ground thyme
5 Drops of tobacco sauce
1 16oz. Tomato sauce
1 16oz. Crushed tomato puree
7 C. Water
1 1/2 Lbs. boneless fresh white non-oily fish cut in small pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Place cooking oil of your choice in a medium kettle.

When oil is hot, place vegetables in it and cook for 15 - 20 minutes or until tender.

Add other ingredients and let simmer for another 25 minutes.
