Terri Nielsen's Pumpkin Bread Recipe

1⅔ cup flour
1 tsp. of baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
tsp. of salt
2 large eggs - lightly beaten
1 cups of sugar
1 cups canned pumpkin
cup vegetable oil
⅓ cup chopped walnuts
⅓ cup raisins

*optional...add chocolate chips to your liking

Preheat oven to 350
Grease 9 x 5 loaf pan

Combine first five ingredients in medium bowl

Wisk eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil in large bowl.

Wisk in dry ingredient mixture until smooth.

Stir in nuts and raisins (and chocolate chips if you wish) and pour into pan.

Bake 70 minutes or until done!
