1 pkg. (3 oz.) Strawberry flavor gelatin, or any other flavor
⅔ c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
1 container (8 oz.) Cool Whip Non-dairy Whipped Topping, thawed
1 c. fresh sliced strawberries (or sliced peaches, bananas or whole raspberries or blueberries)
1 packaged graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water, stirring about 3 minutes. Add ice cubes and stir until gelatin is thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove any unmelted ice.
Blend in Cool Whip; then whip until smooth.
Fold in fruit. Chill, if necessary, until mixtures will mound. Spoon into crust. Chill 2 hours. Garnish, if desired.
