1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 #2 Can Pineapple Rings
1 Cup Sifted Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
3 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
5 Tablespoons Pineapple Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in baking pan. Spread brown sugar evenly in pan and arrange pineapple slices on sugar filling.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt togather. Beat eggs until light. Add sugar gradually. Add pineapple juice and flour.
Pour batter over pineapple.
Bake 375 degrees 30 to 35 minutes.
Turn upside down on cake plate.
