Ingredients:

frozen box of artichokes
garlic
red pepper
salt
pepper
olive oil
parsley
½ cup marsala wine
½ cup chicken stock
½ cup plain breadcrumbs
⅓ cup grated parmesean cheese
2 tbs. unsalted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat up some olive oil and add fresh chopped garlic on stove & stir

Add one box frozen artichokes (partially thawed)

Mix in some parsley (fresh, flat parsley...chopped)

Add a pinch of salt and pepper

Add tiny amount of red pepper (or to your liking)

Add chicken stock and marsala wine to stove and cook down

*in a separate bowl mix together the butter, bread crumbs and grated cheese (melted butter)


Place artichoke concoction in a baking dish and top it off with the breadcrumb concoction

Bake at 450º for 10 minutes!
