2 Cups of Self Rising Flour
2 Whole Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoon Soda (Baking Soda)
1 Can Fruit Cocktail

Icing
1 Can Evaporated Milk
1 1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Stick Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, soda and sugar togather into bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Fold in one can of fruit cocktail. Pour into lightly greased pan.
Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes.


Topping
Mix 1 1/4 cup sugar, 1 can of evaporated milk and stick butter.
Let boil.
Pour over cake while warm.
