4 ounces ham, chopped
1/4 lb broccoli, chopped small
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 finely shredded carrot
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1-1/2 cups shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice

2 packages refrigerated crescent rolls

Preheat oven to 350°.

Mix the ingredients together well.

Unroll the crescent rolls and separate into 16 triangles. Arrange the triangles in a circle, with the wide ends overlapping in the center and the points facing outward.

Place spoonfuls of the ham mixture evenly around the wide ends of the crescent rolls, to make a ring. Bring the outside points of the the triangles up over the filling and tuck down inside. You will be able to see the filling between the points of the rolls.

Bake 30 minutes or until deep golden brown.
