2 lb boneless chuck roast
2 small cans tomato paste
2 packages Good Seasonings dry Italian dressing mix

2 cups grated mozzarella cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Put beef, tomato paste and Italian dressing mix into a crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours.

Take out the beef and shred it between 2 forks, then mix it back in.

Serve on hoagie rolls with the grated cheese.

So easy and so good! I like to make these when I have guests over for the afternoon, such as for a football party or New Year's Day. Feeds about 6 people if they're not big eaters.
