1 cup butter
⅔ cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. almond flavor
2 ½ cups of flour
¼ tsp. cream of tarter

*you will need a cookie shooter for this recipe
*optional: food coloring
*optional ingredients: grape jelly, chocolate chips, walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream the butter and the sugar together until light and fluffy with an electric mixer.
2. Blend in sugar with mixer on high for 3 minutes.
3. Add egg yolks and almond flavor
4. Stir in flour and cream of tartar

Using a cookie shooter, shoot cookies onto greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 325º for 12 minutes

Decorating options:
Place jam in between cookies for sandwiches
Add chocolate chip to center of cookie upsidedown when warm
Add walnut to center of cookie when warm
