4 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup flour
2 1/2 cup milk
2 cloves of garlic minced
12oz. cheddar, shredded
8oz. mozzarella cheese
1 lb. elbow macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan bring water to a boil.
In large saucepan melt butter. Sprinkle flour over melted butter. Cook 1min or until well combined stirring constantly with wooden spoon. Reduce heat to med.- low heat. Slowly drizzle milk into pot and whisk. Add garlic and 1/2 tsp. salt. Heat sauce to simmering, whisk and scraping pot. Simmer 1 min. or until thickened, whisking constantly.
Add handfuls of shredded cheese to sauce, stir until melted. repeat until all cheese has been added.
Cook pasta as directed. Drain then, stir into pot with cheese sauce.
