2# frozen hash browns
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream soup (celery, mushroom, or chicken if not vegetarian)
1 c. sour cream
1 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper

8 oz. grated cheddar cheese (add later to top)
Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in butter. Mix with remaining ingredients except cheese for topping later.
Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan at 300º til bubbly around edges. Top with cheese and bake til cheese melts.
