1 lb. ground beef
1 block Velveeta cheese
1 can of cream of Mushroom soup
1 can of diced tomatoes

1. Brown the ground beef. drain and set aside.
2. Cut the block of Velveeta into cubes and melt in a big pot on low heat (stir often to avoid burning)
3. Add can of cream of Mushroom soup, stir as needed.
4. Pour milk into empty soup can and add to mixture.
5. Add beef and stir
6. Add can of tomatoes, stir.
Remove from heat.
Serve with tortilla chips.
