1 rotisserie chicken, deboned and cubed
4 cups white beans, cooked
1 large onion, chopped
2 poblano peppers, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
4 cloves of garlic, pressed
4 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp. cumin
1 1/2 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. chili powder
2 limes, juiced
1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped


Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, peppers and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste. Deglaze with chicken broth, add beans (mash some of the beans with a potato masher to thicken soup). Add remaining ingredients and simmer.
