"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Graham Crackers
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
ground pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Line a cookie sheet with tin foil and cover with Graham Cracker wafers.
In a sauce pan over medium heat, melt 1 cup of butter and 1 cup of brown sugar. Bring to a boil and stir for 3 minutes. ( I set a timer as soon as it starts to boil as this is a critical step to success).
Pour over the crackers and spread evenly with a spatula. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 6-8 minutes until the entire pan is bubbling. Watch closely as it can easily burn if left too long.
Remove and turn the oven off. Sprinkle 1 package of semi-sweet chocolate chips on top and return to the oven for 30 seconds. Remove and smooth the chocolate. Top with ground pecans and place in the freezer. When hard, peel off the tin foil and break into pieces. For best results, store in the freezer and serve immediately.
