⅓ c. butter
¾ c. flour
¼ c. firmly packed brown sugar
½ c. diced toasted almonds
1 (12 oz.) package frozen peaches, thawed
¼ c. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (4 serving size) package coconut cream pudding and pie filling mix

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in bottom of heavy 8 inch skillet over low heat. Add flour, brown sugar and almonds; blend well. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until crumbs are toasted and golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Using a fork, press mixture onto bottom and sides of skillet. Cool.
Drain peaches, reserve ½ cup liquid. Combine sugar and cornstarch in small saucepan. Add reserved peach liquid. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and clear. Stir in peaches. Cook pudding and pie filling mix as directed on package; cool slightly. Spoon prepared pudding into crust; top with peach mixture. Chill.
