1 stick softened butter or margarine (you can use light margarine or butter, but not soft-spreadable)
2 cans tiny shrimp, drained and rinsed
1 jar Old English Cheese Spread
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp garlic powder (not salt)
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Paprika
1 pkg English Muffins (or you can use thinly sliced baguettes)

Directions:
Directions:
Pick through Shrimp a little when draining, for shell pieces; also, you can use sharp knife & remove big veins. Also, when spreading, you can remove veins pretty easily.
Mix all ingredients -- add Shrimp last and fold in.
--My friend uses crab instead of shrimp
--another friend uses brick of cream cheese instead of butter (not as good)

Once all mixed together and shrimp are folded in, spread on English muffin.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350º F for 10-15 minutes.
Slice into wedges with pizza cutter.

Can spread with mixture and freeze--stack with wax paper between layers.
I have frozen for 1 month and they were fine.
