1 T. Vegetable Oil
2 Cups Cashews
-1tsp Cayenne pepper
tsp ground Coriander
tsp Salt
Dash each Cinnamon & Clove

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy skillet heat oil over medium heat; add Nuts, cook and stir for 3-5 minutes or until lightly browned; drain. add seasonings; stir to coat, cool completely. Can be served cool or warm. To serve warm place in baking pan, heat at 300 for 5 minutes.
