1 Large Egg White
1 Cup Almonds*
1 Cup Pecans*
1 Cup Macadamia nuts*
¼ Cup Sugar
1 tsp. Kosher salt
¾ tsp ground Cinnamon
¾ tsp ground Allspice
¼ tsp ground Cardamom

Preheat oven 325º

*or Nut of choice

Combine Vanilla and Egg White in large mixing bowl whisk till foamy. Stir in nuts. Combine sugar and remaining ingredients in small bowl, sprinkle sugar mixture over nuts tossing to coat. Place nut mixture on baking sheet ( lined with parchment, silicone mat or foil.) Bake 325º for 15 minutes remove pan from oven turn off oven toss nuts braking large pieces apart return pan to oven for 10 minutes, cool.
