FOR THE MEATLOAVES:
2 lbs ground beef
2 slices bread
1 small onion
2 Tbsp barbecue sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

FOR THE SAUCE:
1 C ketchup
1/4 C barbecue sauce
2-3 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Pinch black pepper

FOR THE MEATLOAVES
Break up the bread into small pieces.
Finely chop the onion and fry in a small amount of oil.
Combine all the loaf ingredients.
Divide mixture into muffin tins.

FOR THE SAUCE:
In a small bowl combine all the sauce ingredients.
Taste and add additional brown sugar if necessary.
Brush or drop dollops of sauce over the tops of the mini meatloaves.

Bake at 375º F for 20-30 minutes, or until cooked through.

Cayla mentioned that these are still good if you don't add the Worcestershire sauce. She also uses what she has in the cupboard such as Ritz crackers in place of or in addition to the bread crumbs.
She really liked cooking these in the muffin tin because it took less time to cook than a whole meatloaf.
