2-3 whole tomatoes, diced (or 1-2 cans of diced tomatoes)
½ onion, chopped
1-2 jalapeños (varies based on desired heat index)
1-2 cloves of garlic (or garlic powder to taste)
Salt, to taste
1 ½ tbsp. of ground cumin
3 tbsp. of fresh cilantro
3 tbsp. lime juice
