4 cups Pecan Halves
¼ cup white corn syrup
¼ cup Maple syrup
1 to 2 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Lay the pecans out in a single layer on a cookie sheet with sides and toast in a 350 degree oven for about 5-6 minutes.
Mix together both syrups and pour over the hot pecans, using spatulas to mix.
Pat down the pecans so they are a single layer again and bake them at same temperature for another 10 minutes (They will be shiny) Pour immediately into a large bowl of sugar and toss with spoon until they are coated. Place the sugared nuts in a colander that is set in a larger bowl and shake the colander to shake off excess sugar into the bowl below. Lay out pecans on waxed paper until completely cooled.
Store in a sealed container.
