10 eggs, beaten
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup melted butter
2 cups small curd cottage cheese
1 pound shredded Jack cheese
3 4-oz cans diced green chilies
1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

Bake in a greased 9x13 casserole pan for about 45 minutes.

Serve warm with salsa for topping.

One of the best recipes I own. I got this from my friend, Nancy Young at a womens' retreat when I lived in Iowa, sometime around 2004. It is simple and simply delicious!
