Ingredients:  
1 unbaked 8" pie shell
4 slices bacon, diced and cooked
1 small onion, chopped fine
12 tbsp butter
1/2 cup shredded Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup chopped, cooked broccoli
4 eggs
1 tbsp flour
salt to taste
1 cup milk (at least 2%)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Saute onions in butter, then add bacon, cheese and broccoli. Place in the bottom of the pie shell.

Beat together eggs, flour, salt and milk. Pour into shell.

Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

This is a very versatile recipe - you can put pretty much anything you like into the egg mixture and it will turn out great. Try ham, other vegetables, etc.
