1/2 c butter
1 c sugar
1 egg
1 T milk
½ tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
¼ tsp. baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, beat until fluffy. Add egg, milk, and vanilla. Beat well. Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually mix in with butter mixture. Chill 3 hours.

Roll out ⅛ inch thick. Cut out in shapes and bake on a greased cookie sheet or parchment paper. 375º for 5 minutes.

I like to frost and decorate after they cool. Best served frozen (wink, wink).
