Cake:
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1 can fruit cocktail, drained. Save the juice.
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup cocktail juice

Topping:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°

Mix all cake ingredients together and pour into a greased 9x9 pan.

Sprinkle the brown sugar and nuts on top.

Bake about 40 minutes.
