1 cup sugar
2 tbsp finely grated orange peel
1/2 cup orange juice
1 pint heavy cream

2+ cups sliced strawberries

Mix the first four ingredients together.

Put the strawberries in small bowls and pour the cream/orange mixture over them.

This is a great summer dessert. It's pretty rich but also has the the tartness of the oranges.
