2 lb. ground meat
1 (28 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. chopped peppers, onions, and garlic
2 beef bouillon cubes (dissolve in 2 cups water or small can beef broth)
c. brown sugar
Dash salt
Dash pepper
1 tsp. parsley

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
